TANNER PLANTATION

A 650 acre master planned community in the City of Hanahan, Berkeley County, SC. Trico Engineering prepared the master plan, handled the Zoning process, designed the Regional Pump Station, designed a two mile Boulevard and provided Residential Surveys.
