Question: I never received a bill, who should I call?
Answer: You may call Jennifer Cook at 843.971.5096

Question: Can I pay my bill with a credit card?
Answer: Yes. go to out website www.scs-carolina.com to pay with credit card or echeck. There is an additional fee to process this.

Question: What neighborhoods pay as an Association to belong to the Tanner Amenity?
Answer: Ibis Glade, Eagle Bluff and Edgewood Trace

Question: Can I have a shed in my backyard or what type of fence can I build?
Answer: Any changes or alterations to the exterior of the home must be approved in writing by the ARB/ACC (may be different for each neighborhood arrording to CCR's).  For additional information you may contact the ARB/ACC Coordinator for Tanner Master Association- Janice Madey at 843.971.5096  or jmadey@scs-charleston.com.

Question: How do I go about renting the Amenity Center out?
Answer:  Only members of the Amenity Center are able to rent of the Clubhouse for certain functions (This would be homeowners in Ibis Glade, Eagle Bluff and Edgewood Trace).  To reserve the Clubhouse, you can go to the Tanner Amenity section of this website for a form or call Jenny Cook at 843.971-5096or jcook@scs-carolina.com.

Question: What are the dates the pool will open and close for the season?
Answer: The pool opens around the 2nd week of May and will close on Oct. 15th of each year.
